Solicitor
Thomas is a long-standing member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and specialises in cases concerning children.
He acts in cases where a local authority is seeking to remove children from their family, and in the more complex parental disputes where children are joined as parties. He represents parents, extended family members and children themselves.
Thomas is well regarded by fellow practitioners, Cafcass officers and the judiciary, and conducts most of his own court work.
Away from the office his family and his enthusiasm for sport keep him busy.
